State Engineering Corporation was incorporated in 1973 under the Companies Ordinance 1984 with an authorized capital of Rs. 1000 million. The entire capital of the Corporation has been subscribed by the Federal Government of Pakistan. The Corporation deals with the industrial sector by contributing largely through supply of machinery and equipment manufactured at its various heavy and light engineering companies.
